Citizens may only have three garage sales per<br />
year and must register with the police<br />

Vehicle Stickers<br />
Stickers can be obtained at the village hall for<br />
$20. A valid driver’s license with a <strong>Harwood</strong><br />
<strong>Heights</strong> address and vehicle registration with a<br />
<strong>Harwood</strong> <strong>Heights</strong> address must be presented<br />
to purchase a sticker.<br />
Curfew<br />
A curfew has been set for children under<br />
18 years old.<br />

Basic vehicle stickers & motorcycle tags can<br />
be obtained at the Village Hall for $10. Truck<br />
& recreational vehicle stickers range from<br />
$25-$35. A valid driver’s license with a<br />
Norridge address must be presented to<br />
purchase a sticker.<br />
Garage Sale Permits<br />
A resident must have two garage sales each<br />
calendar year, up to three days each. Garage<br />
sale signs may be displayed in the parkway<br />
(but not on poles, trees, etc). The permit for<br />
the 1st sale in a calendar year will cost<br />
$10.00; for the 2nd sale, the fee will be<br />
$25.00. Permits should be purchased at least<br />
72 hours before the sale.<br />
Passports<br />
The Village of Norridge is a Passport<br />
Acceptance Office. Passport applications are<br />
accepted Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to<br />
3:30 p.m. Call 708-583-5764 to make an<br />
appointment on Saturdays.<br />
