Happy Ground Hog Day! Happy Valentine’s Day! And Happy February! As<br />
promised I am addressing the Rules and Regulations in each month’s newsletter.<br />
This month we will address parking. Many of you have guests who are<br />
visiting you this winter and we need to make sure, for all residents, that we are parking<br />
correctly. All residents must park in their own carport. You must be able to fit all your<br />
personal vehicles in said carport as <strong>Teakwood</strong> does not have parking for excess resident<br />
vehicles. Your guests may come to the main office and get a parking pass that will allow<br />
them to park in guest parking for the duration of their stay, which of course would be<br />
in compliance with the Rules and Regulations on guests. Remember, there is no street<br />
parking nor is parking on the grass/lot allowed. We need to keep our streets clear for<br />
maintenance, emergency and safety purposes. Also, should you be having a delivery,<br />
the delivery vehicle is allowed to park on the street for the delivery only. Make sure that<br />
all vehicles do not restrict your neighbor from entering or exiting their carport, restrict<br />
