TABLE SPONSORS There are two different table sponsoring options available: Table only option Table communication Invite your special trustees and principal officers to share this evening with you Table only option Includes 10 seats at R15, 000 plus VAT per table. You will be able to invite your special trustees and principal officers to share this evening with you. Note: Each sponsor will receive complimentary invitation cards to send to their chosen guests, in quantities according to the number of tables booked. The sponsor will also have the opportunity to present guests at that table with sponsor branded corporate gifts. Table communication Additional sponsorship opportunities are available, as outlined below. Items sponsored will be for all delegates and cannot be done per table. Items may not be branded, but the individual sponsors will be thanked by announcement at the onset of the Awards ceremony as well as in the Awards programme. We are happy to work out a package for you, so please contact us for more information, including which options would best suit your needs. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION Platinum and Gold sponsor logos will appear on marketing collateral including invitations, the POA and Global Pensions websites and print advertising within a trade press publication magazine. All necessary information must please be submitted by Tuesday 13 April 2009, including JPEG and EPS files of your chosen logo in 300dpi format in versions that will work against various backgrounds. We will endeavour to use information received before this date as soon as it is possible. Please note that table-only bookings do not qualify for the display of your logo on event collateral running up to the date of the event.
