know what you’re thinking – purges are scary. You probably have a lot of questions. Our speaker will<br />
address all your concerns during this informative session for operators and IT staff, as we take you behind<br />
the scenes to explain what purges are, how they work, and what benefits you can expect from using them.<br />

OpCon is an enterprise-wide, real-time business process automation product. Join Symitar and Software<br />
& Management <strong>Associates</strong> (SMA) experts for this three-hour tour, which includes an overview of the<br />
latest OpCon release and a preview of the new Know-It-All training. We’ll devote the rest of the time to<br />
highlighting some of the tools we have been using at installations, using real examples to illustrate how<br />
other credit unions are using the product in their environments. You’ll have plenty of opportunity to ask<br />
questions about new features and use Enterprise Manager in a hands-on environment. This overview will<br />
benefit operators and IT staff using OpCon who would like to supplement their initial training, and clients<br />
who have purchased OpCon to automate their IT processes but have not yet installed the product.<br />

PowerOn Workshop: Take 2<br />
Last year, the inaugural workshop was a sellout, so we’ve expanded the workshop to two days. Skilled<br />
PowerOn coders will share their innovative specfiles and cool, creative tips and tricks. Participants<br />
will engage in interactive presentations about specfiles, learn about sharing ideas in the PowerOn<br />
Marketplace , and brainstorm ideas with other programmers. This is an interactive workshop for<br />
programmers with intermediate to advanced PowerOn coding skills. We’ll be sharing snippets of code,<br />
but this is not a hands-on programming session, so feel free to bring your own laptop or tablet.<br />
You must submit specfiles in advance for consideration in the presentation. Attendees who present will<br />
receive discounted registration. For more details please see the 2013 SEC Code Submission Form.<br />
Note: The workshop will be held Monday and Tuesday at the hotel and attendance is required both days.<br />
Enrollment is limited to 40 participants. Lunch is not included; however to ensure you have ample time to<br />
enjoy your lunch breaks and avoid the lunchtime rush at the various hotel establishments, we are offering<br />
you the opportunity to purchase box lunches. Please be sure to select your lunch type for the appropriate<br />
lunch time.<br />
