VDI Session: Your Gateway to a Virtualized Tomorrow
The Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) solution by Symitar enables a central server to deploy and maintain multiple

Witness Workshop (two consecutive sessions)
Would you be a good witness for the authorities if the need arose? This two-hour role-play workshop,
conducted by FBI experts, will help you learn and refine skills to be a calm, reliable witness. Participants will
role play scenarios, engage in a discussion about what they witnessed, and learn how to improve recollection
and descriptive skills to help law enforcement catch criminals. This session is applicable to everyone concerned
for their own and for public safety.
Note: This workshop spans two consecutive sessions and will not be recorded.
Enrollment is limited to 30 participants.
Workplace Violence: Understanding and Reducing the Risk
No one wants their credit union to make the headlines because of an incidence of workplace violence.
In this session, guest speaker David A. Smith, founder of Professional Workplace Interaction, Inc., will
prepare participants to recognize the basic danger signals, enabling them to provide intervention or seek
assistance before problems escalate. Certainly, prevention through early intervention is the key to avoid
this type of situation and its aftermath. This session is applicable to everyone concerned for their own and
for public safety.
