3.1 Precipitation Subsystem Data Flows<br />
3.1.1 Description<br />
The subsystem data flows start with the acquisition of satellite raw and observation data<br />
through specific interfaces. The raw data are pre-processed by the pre-processing<br />
component and then passed to the generation chains relevant to PR-GC1 and PR-GC2<br />
components. Once generated, the products are calibrated/validated and passed to the<br />
dissemination component.<br />
