5. We pray for our ancestors and honour their memory, giving thanks for all
the good they did, just as the writer of Ecclesiasticus honoured the
memory of King David. Lord, hear us.
6. We pray for all who honour St Agatha as patron:
the people of Arthurton and bell-founders,
that they may be of good faith and hope. Lord, hear us.
