General Knowledge Lesson Plan from Play Group – Advanced Montessori They play together; They learn together, They celebrate together. What do families do together? Ask them where they live? What they like to eat? With whom do they like to play? Read and write……… Discuss about the importance of having good friends’ .Tell them five ways to be a good friend in the, play ground at pack up time …… Take turns choosing what to play. Remember your friend’s birthday. Listen to your friend’s idea. Say, “I am glad that you are my friend!” Don’t be afraid to say, “I am sorry.” Make students observe that all people are born with senses to observe the world. Let students identify and compare external features of the human body. Name something that all people have in common and something that are different. Skeleton is made up of bones Explain that our skeleton holds up and give shape. Demonstrate how muscles move our joints and limps. Explain that the heart pumps blood throughout the entire body. Explain that the brain controls the body and allows you to think and remember. Send a note home to the parents before you plan to begin sharing the pictures of their family for making the photo frames.
