LEASE TERMS<br />

TERM<br />

reimbursing the landlord for the annual insurance<br />

premium and paying all normal outgoings, including<br />

PROPOSED PURPOSE<br />

The premises have been used for warehousing and<br />

distribution purposes in recent years. Intending tenants<br />

acceptable. If any planning consent is required for change<br />

of use, subject to the Landlord’s approval, an intending<br />

tenant will be responsible for submitting an application to<br />
