STABLES AND FACILITIES<br />

Stables:<br />

The property includes 8 loose boxes, all of which are maintained to a high standard and a number<br />

have been recently painted. The stables have concrete floors, bars to all windows and corner drains.<br />

There is also a tack room with associated tack racks, built-in sink, WC cubicle and heater. The yard<br />

All fields are fenced with wooden post and rail fencing; these will be maintained and creosoted by the<br />

of the property. There is shelter boarding to the corners of the larger paddocks and there are<br />
