Metal Epoxy<br />
DP-105 epoxy adhesive stays moderately flexible when cured to compensate for<br />
differing COE between the glass <strong>and</strong> metal. UV stable <strong>and</strong> retaining a water<br />
white clarity, it is perfect for small attachment pieces. DP-105 has a very small shear<br />
strength <strong>and</strong> is best used for pieces that only require tensile strength. Available in<br />
Duo Packs that require an applicator gun for use.<br />

3M 9170 EPX<br />
Applicator Gun<br />
The 9170 EPX applicator gun is used to accurately dispense the 3M DP-105<br />
adhesive from the Duo Packs. The Duo Pack slides into the front of the gun<br />
<strong>and</strong> the plungers are trigger activated for ease of use. Comes with 1:1 <strong>and</strong> 1:5 ratio<br />
plungers.<br />

Instead of dispensing the DP-105 epoxy onto a piece glass to mix manually,<br />
consider using these snap on mixing nozzles that mix <strong>and</strong> dispense from the Duo<br />
Pack for accurate mixture <strong>and</strong> less wasted time. Each nozzles is a one time use after<br />
epoxy stops flowing.<br />
