Tenant and Building ServicesTenant Service Requests (310-SERV)Tenant RepresentativeSelected individual(s) should be designated as your companys Tenant Representative. Thisindividual(s) would interact with the Property Management/Operations/Security Team and TenantService Call Centre and be able to authorize the following:• Service and maintenance requests• Changing and picking up security access cards• Cleaning requests and visitations• Ordering signs• Requests for after hours air conditioning• Booking service elevator for deliveries and moves• Issuing work authorization permits for contractorsService/Maintenance RequestsAll requests for building services and maintenance-related issues should be made by contactingour Customer Service Hotline at 310-SERV (7378) or logging on to 310SERV.com. Follow thestep-by-step instructions to complete the appropriate form online. Once completed, the servicerequest is dispatched to a member of our Service Team who will attend to your request.Complementary services that are included in the operating costs are:• Adjustments for heating ventilation and air conditioning• Replacement of base building fluorescent tubes/ballasts• Minor cleaning request (e.g., coffee spills)• Recycling services and containers• Security escorts to the parking garage• Battery boosts (during normal business hours)• Fire warden trainingTypical requests that would be chargeable are:• Replacement of non-base building lights and ballasts• Moving furniture (within our capability)• Picture and whiteboard hanging• Minor repairs• Minor plumbing requests• Garbage removal from storage/file areas• After hours HVAC• Small furniture repairs• Large garbage bin drop off/pickupPlease note that all chargeable service and/or maintenance requests will be invoiced on amonthly basis based on the respective material and labour costs associated with providing theservice plus a 15% administration fee.<strong>Bankers</strong> <strong>Hall</strong> Tenant Handbook 10April 27, 2010
