Rules and Regulations (Continued)• At the commencement of each year of the Term of this Lease, the Tenant shall discloseto the Landlord in writing, the names and approximate amounts of all HazardousSubstances that the Tenant intends to use, keep, store or dispose of on the Premises inthe coming year. In addition, at the commencement of each year of the Term of thisLease, beginning with the second year of the Term of this Lease, the Tenant shalldisclose to the Landlord the names and amounts of all Hazardous Substances that wereactually used, kept, stored or disposed of on the Premises during the previous year.• The Landlord reserves the right to promulgate, rescind, alter or waive the rules orregulations prescribed for the Complex at any time when it is necessary, desirable orproper for its best interest or, in the opinion of the Landlord, in the best interests of thetenants.Bankers Hall Tenant Handbook 33April 27, 2010
