Public TelephonesPublic telephones are located in the main Retail lobby of the Complex directly across from theparking shuttle elevators and on the Plus 30 level in the Food Gallery across from thewashrooms.Bicycle RacksSecured bicycle parking is located in <strong>Bankers</strong> <strong>Hall</strong> Parkade on levels P4 and P5. These stalls arereserved yearly. For more information on rates and availability, please contact Standard Parking,(403) 770-7157.Non-reserved bicycle racks are located in <strong>Bankers</strong> <strong>Hall</strong> Main Parkade on level P3 at the bottom ofthe parkade entrance ramp and are for tenants of the building only. Please ensure that bicyclesare securely fastened to the racks with a personal lock. All locks must be removed from the rackwhen the bicycle is not being parked. Any locks left attached to the racks or any pillars, posts,railings, etc., will be removed at the owner’s expense.Parking is at your own risk. The Landlord and Property Management shall not be responsible forany loss or damage to bicycles, however caused or incurred.Please note that bicycles and scooters are not permitted in the office towers or other commonareas of the Complex. No bicycles or scooters are permitted in the parkade shuttle elevators,tower elevators or freight elevators. All bicycles must be walked down the parkade ramps to yourassigned stalls.Note: No bicycles are permitted within the parkade unless a bicycle parking agreement has beenissued and a parking stall assigned.Car Wash ServicesA car wash service, located in <strong>Bankers</strong> <strong>Hall</strong> Main Parkade on level P6, is available in theComplex. This service is provided on a “first come/first service” basis and by appointment. Formore details, please contact Standard Parking at (403) 263-2607.Alterations and RemodelingAll contemplated changes to your leasehold improvements must be reviewed and approved by<strong>Brookfield</strong> <strong>Properties</strong> prior to the commencement of construction. In general, tenants are requiredto submit:• Three (3) complete sets of working drawings, including architectural, mechanical andelectrical specifications detailing all changes.• Name and telephone numbers of the design firm and general contractor and a list of allsub-trades.• Copy of Building Permit Application with actual permit to follow.• Certificate of Insurance from the General Contractor.<strong>Bankers</strong> <strong>Hall</strong> Tenant Handbook 15April 27, 2010
