Aproxy need not be a member of the Company. To be valid, a Proxy Form must be duly stamped at the Stamp Duties Office andreturned to the Registrar, UBA Registrars Limited, Raymond House, 97/105 Broad Street, PO Box 6492, Lagos, Nigeria not less than 48hours prior to the time of the meeting.NOTES1. DividendIf the proposed dividend of 5 kobo for every share of 50 kobo is approved at the Annual General Meeting, direct payment (viae-dividend) to the respective bank accounts of shareholders shall be effected on 17th May, 2011 and the dividend warrants forshareholders who have not completed the e-dividend Mandate Form shall also be posted on 18th May, 2011.
