37. internationale ungdomsturneringYouth international footballtournament rulesEntry is by invitation only. All clubstaking part must be affiliated totheir respective FootballAssociations. Games will be playedin accordance to the laws of thegame as described by DBU/JBU. TheCompetition Committee (HenrikJacobsen, Jan Mejer and IwanHansen) shall be responsible for allmatters relating to thecompetition, whether refereed toin these rules or not. Their decisionis final.The competition will be run on asemi-league basis. Each team willplay each other only once. Allmatches will be played for a totalof 50 minutes divided into twoequal periods of 25 minutes.Final placings will be decided onpoint. The points system is asfollows:Win – 3 points, Draw – 1 point, Lose– 0 points.In the event of two or more teamsbeing level on points, the finalplacing will be decided1. on goal difference2. the highest amount of goals3. if only two teams – the winnerof the match the two teams.If no winners has been found bythese rules the placing will bedecided by taking penalty kicksfrom the penalty mark inaccordance with the DBU/JBUrules. The Competition Committeewill take decision on procedure.Referees from Vejle RefereeAssociation.PlayersAll players eligible to take part ofthe 37 th International Tournamentmust be born after September 1 st1997.SubstitutionTeams may use substitutes. Amaximum of 5 may be used at anytime during the duration of thematch. Players who have beenreplaced can step in again assubstitute for a player.Tournament DisciplinePlayers who receive two yellowcards will automatically besuspended for the next match only.Players who receive a red card willbe automatically suspended for the

following match. No player whoreceived a yellow or red card shallbe deemed to be awarded the”Player of the Tournament” Awardas decided by the CompetitionCommittee.The Scott Trophy (Rosebowl) will beawarded to the highest placed teamfrom the four host countries,namely (Bramfelder) Germany,(SVW Gorinchem) Netherlands,(Waltham Abbey) England, and(Vejle Boldklub) Denmark. Thewinning country will be responsiblefor the safe keeping of the trophyat its head quarter and will returnthe trophy to the competitioncommittee prior to thecommencement of the forthcomingtournament. Guest teams will notbe awarded the Scott Trophy underany circumstances.All matches will be played with aregulation size 4 football. Teammanagers and officials will beresponsible for the valuables oftheir players.
