Section LuminairesClassic and FunctionalEmergency LightingThe original section luminaireKOTZOLT was granted the patent for the construction of this emergencyluminaire housing in 1977. To date, decades since then, the design ofthis luminaire – copied numerous times – is part of the expression“emergency light” itself.High design quality and great functionality are the characteristics ofsection luminaires made by Kotzolt. Their appearance makes themuniversally applicable luminaires. They are perfect for the prestigioushall of an office building or a hotel as well as for the counter area of abank or the salesrooms of retailers and wholesalers.Characteristics of section luminaires:• modular assembly concept• housing made from aluminium section with corner joiners,anodised matt silver or white• many standard sizes and special dimensions available• as wall, ceiling, bracket or pendant fitting• as escape symbol luminaire with single battery• opal-coloured, imprinted acrylic panels• special pictrograms, coloured film covers and special fontspossible• transparent on one or both sides• legibility from 15 m to 44 m depending on size of housing• convex-shaped, flush-fitting acrylic covers for light emission down• time-saving mounting and fast replacement of lamps and panes byquick-lock• ball-proof with protective guard (wall fitting)224
