Whilef<strong>in</strong>ancial assistance was granted by <strong>the</strong> United Nations Development Program(UNDP), <strong>the</strong> DENR through <strong>the</strong> Prov<strong>in</strong>cial Environment <strong>and</strong> Natural ResourcesOffice (PENRO) provided material assistance <strong>and</strong> <strong>the</strong> L-EPM, technicalassistance.Moreover, s<strong>in</strong>ce <strong>the</strong> project was backed up by a fully supportive LGU,positive results are at ready h<strong>and</strong>. Manpower, policy support like ord<strong>in</strong>ances <strong>and</strong>directives, implementation mechanics, <strong>and</strong> budget allocations are substantialmanifestations of such support. The multifarious activities required to ma<strong>in</strong>ta<strong>in</strong><strong>the</strong> MRF are also assured <strong>the</strong> same level of support <strong>in</strong> case of change ofadm<strong>in</strong>istration.
