Rescue personnel, according to29 CFR 1910.146 (k)(1)(ii), shall receive training to perform theirassigned rescue duties and shall also receive the training requiredof “authorized entrants” under paragraph (g) of the same standard.CSTT453 40-HR Hazardous Waste Site OperationThis 40-Hour Hazardous Waste Site Operations program satisfiesthe initial training requirements established by OSHA in 29 CFR1910.120(e), for routine site workers engaged in activities athazardous waste sites, corrective action sites or voluntary cleanup actions. The program provides basic knowledge of safe workpractices emphasizing worker protection against hazardousmaterials exposure.
