D Degree in the relevant d<strong>is</strong>cipline.4. Experience at Diploma Institutions <strong>is</strong> also considered equivalent to experience in degree level Institutions atappropriate level and as applicable. However, qualifications as above shall be mandatory.5. As per U.G.C. Regulations, for the post of Professor (Mathematics) : An outstanding professional withestabl<strong>is</strong>hed reputation in the relevant field, who has made significant contributions to the knowledge in theconcerned / allied/relevant d<strong>is</strong>cipline to be substantiated by credentials are also eligible.6. If a class/div<strong>is</strong>ion <strong>is</strong> not awarded, minimum of 60% marks in aggregate shall be considered equivalent to firstclass/div<strong>is</strong>ion.
