1,416,100,621.- and <strong>the</strong>n deducted an amount <strong>of</strong> Baht 172,703,858.- for <strong>the</strong> cumulativeeffect on <strong>the</strong> changes in accounting policies, <strong>the</strong> total accumulative unappropriated pr<strong>of</strong>itis Baht 1,295,422,293.The cumulative effect on <strong>the</strong> changes in <strong>the</strong> accounting policies wasmainly on <strong>the</strong> contribution by <strong>the</strong> Company to <strong>the</strong> Provident Fund payable to employeesupon his or her retirement. The Company has obligation also to make provision forseverance payment to employees upon resignation or retirement. The year <strong>20</strong>11 is <strong>the</strong>first year in using this new accounting standard which <strong>the</strong> Company needs to calculateretroactively <strong>the</strong> amount that <strong>the</strong> Company is obliged to provide.Mr. Voravit Rojrapitada <strong>the</strong>n proposed to <strong>the</strong> shareholders to considerand approve <strong>the</strong> annual dividend payment at 12 baht per share for <strong>the</strong> year <strong>20</strong>11allocated from net and accumulative pr<strong>of</strong>its. The Board <strong>of</strong> Directors had agreed andalready made <strong>the</strong> interim dividend payments <strong>of</strong> Baht 8.25 per share so <strong>the</strong> balance <strong>of</strong>Baht 3.75 per share is payable.
