All new teams will be selectedon resident priority, then first come-first serve basis. New team applicationforms and rosters are required to be completed in order to be considered.All team managers are expected to obtain copies of league rule books andsign the “Statement of Agreement and Understanding” at the back of therule book. These must be submitted to the athletics office no later than oneweek prior to the start of your league.It is each team manager’s responsibility to ensure his or her team’s knowledgeof the SPD rule book. Rule books can be obtained by downloading onefrom the links on the left side of each league page on the <strong>Skokie</strong> <strong>Park</strong><strong>District</strong> website (www.skokieparks.com), or by sending an e-mail tordeleonardis@skokieparks.com and providing your name, your team name,a daytime phone number and a complete mailing address.Rosters and FeesAll rosters must be turned in on the first date of competition. Rostersbecome final after the fourth week of the season. All fees for basketballare due IN FULL by June 8th. All fees for softball leagues are due INFULL by August 30.
