Alumni Fund gifts were used specifically to support MBL courses. Gifts from MBL Associates, in the form of dues, sponsoredinformative scientific and cultural events for their members and for the community. Annual Giving is an essential component of theMBL’s financial structure, serving to bridge the gap between income from grants and fees and the actual costs of operating ourscientific and educational programs.
