Responsibility for Financial StatementsThe management of the <strong>Manitoba</strong> <strong>Agricultural</strong> <strong>Services</strong> <strong>Corporation</strong> is responsible for the integrity, objectivity andreliability of the financial statements, accompanying notes and other financial information in the <strong>annual</strong> <strong>report</strong>.Management maintains internal control systems to ensure that transactions are accurately recorded in accordance withestablished policies and procedures. In addition, certain best estimates and judgements have been made based on acareful assessment of the available information.The financial statements and accompanying notes are examined by the Auditor General for <strong>Manitoba</strong>, whose opinion isincluded here.
