Monica.On 6 July, DistrictAssembly fo r t h ePalawan <strong>Club</strong>s wash e l d a t C i t y s t a t eAsturias Hotel withPDG Sid as one <strong>of</strong>the facilitators. Carlo Rufino and Pres.
