The Strategic Management Plan TreeThe UNIS Hanoi 5-Year Strategic Management Plan (2010-2015) is designed to take the School“From Good to Great” – inspired by the Jim Collins work of the same title.Each year an Annual Action Plan focuses on its three main goals.Goal 1.
