The Strategic Management Plan TreeThe UNIS Hanoi 5-Year Strategic Management Plan (2010-2015) is designed to take the <strong>School</strong>“From Good to Great” – inspired by the Jim Collins work <strong>of</strong> the same title.Each year an <strong>Annual</strong> Action Plan focuses on its three main goals.Goal 1. Curricular: The objectives associated with this goal focus on the <strong>School</strong>’score business <strong>of</strong> teaching and learning – the trunk <strong>of</strong> the tree.Goal 2.
