Job Description:Golf-Food & Beverage-Guest Service AgentJob OverviewThe purpose of this position is to interact with our guests and ensure they have a greatexperience at the Golf food and beverage outlets. Golf F&B Guest Service Agents areresponsible for positive guest interactions while serving guests in a friendly and efficientmanner. At all times, F&B staff is expected to be attentive to our guest’s needs andmaking them feel welcome, comfortable, important and relaxed.General ResponsibilitiesPrepare food products for sale (e.g., hot dogs, sandwiches, soups).Sell pre-packaged foods (e.g., peanuts, candy bars, chips, soft drinks, beer/wine).Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment according to health departmentstandards.Follow health and safety requirements of county health dept. and stateregulations.Provided outstanding customer service.Sell and serve alcoholic beverages according to OLCC standards.May include beverage cart duties.Work independently in a fast paced environment.Deal with customers in a friendly professional manner.Set up outside buffets and special events.Work a cash register, and be accountable for daily sales.Be friendly and outgoing with all guests, especially regular customersFollow all IHG/Holiday Inn F&B standards.Job QualificationsEducation: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.Experience: Must be able to read and speak English. Some Spanish is helpful but notrequired. Must be able to handle cash register and have the math skills to make change,balance cash drawer and register closing. Knowledgeable about food handling procedures and the sale of alcoholicbeverages. Must demonstrate excellent record keeping and cash handling abilities.1
