When hiring someone to dowork in or around your home, have him or hergo through On Top of the World CustomerService so that they can make sure that whoeveris doing the work is properly licensed andinsured. Keep all valuables, such as jewelry, cash and credit cards, secured and not visible. This takes temptation away from anyone.Remember, cheap is not always a bargainand when people are licensed and insured, you have more recourse.I would like to remind all residents againthat Captain Burton, who is in charge of theState Road 200 Sheriff’s office, has put togethera staff of trained people to evaluate yourhome security needs.Something I would strongly suggest is thatresidents keep their garage doors closed andlocked, especially at night.
