Adult Mental <strong>Health</strong> supported employment providers that met a caseload average <strong>of</strong>employment specialist staff to consumer (ratio 20:1)Summary Comments and analysis: The caseload average percent slowly increasedbetween December 2012 and March 2013 as providers accommodated the July 1,2012 funding increase. It is hypothesized that the April 2013 decline is due to anincrease in funding. This indicator will continue to be monitored.4. Individuals who had a first contact with a competitive employer within 30 days <strong>of</strong>enrollmentSummary Comments and analysis: This is an unduplicated KPI which ismeasured quarterly and overall the target <strong>of</strong> 50% is being met. This indicator willcontinue to be monitored going forward but the target will be increase to 75%.5. Assertive Community Treatment consumers who are enrolled within 3 days <strong>of</strong> referralSummary Comments and analysis: The target <strong>of</strong> 70% was met during the month<strong>of</strong> February but the data displayed varying percentages. As ACT providersindicated that there were different definitions <strong>of</strong> the term “enrollment” this KPIwill be changed and a new one started in July 2013 which more clearly definesthe intent <strong>of</strong> what needs to be measured.6. Assertive Community Treatment consumers admitted to a Psychiatric Hospital within thepast monthSummary Comments and analysis: The data shows a slight upward trend inutilization. The target <strong>of</strong> 7% or less was not met during this reporting period andproviders indicated individuals were being admitted into hospitals for furtherstabilization.7. Average number <strong>of</strong> jail/prison days utilized per enrolled Assertive Community TreatmentconsumerSummary Comments and analysis: Overall the target <strong>of</strong> 1 day or less was met forthis reporting period.8. Intensive Case Management consumers with a Psychiatric Inpatient Admission within thepast monthSummary Comments and analysis: Overall the target <strong>of</strong> 10% or less was met forthis reporting period. Starting July 2013 the target for this KPI will be decreasedto 5%.9. Intensive Case Management consumers housed (non Homeless) within the past monthSummary Comments and analysis: Overall the target <strong>of</strong> 90% or more was metduring this reporting period.9
