Superficial WoundsInstructions for useTake theHydrosorb/Hydrosorbcomfort fromthe peel packwearing glovesand remove onepart of the blueprotective foil.Place this side ofHydrosorb/ Hydrosorbcomfort onthe wound,remove thesecond part of theprotective foil andpress the dressingdown well.Trace the marginsof the wound onthe transparentdocumentationaid provided onthe product. Writeon date of dressingchange aswell as thepatient’s name.Then carefully pullthe documentationfoil off thewound dressing.Remove the protectivefoil fromthe adhesive stripon the back.Stick the foil onthe wounddocumentationform.Hydrosorb comfort:The adhesivefilm border helpsto secure thedressing.Hydrosorb: Tohold the dressingin place, securewith an adhesivesheet dressing(e.g. Omnifixelastic) or a conformingbandage(e.g. Peha-haft).
