Step 1Peel backprotective filmfrom SUNLITE®panel just enoughto apply approvedtape to edges toensure a good fitinto profile.Step 5Insert rubber gasketinto profiles to formweather seal.Step 2Arrange profiles asthey will attach toSUNLITE® multiwallpanel, then slideprofiles on totaped panel.Step 6Apply sill andheader tracks to metalflashing in buildingopening after applyingcaulk to bottomof tracks to ensure aweatherproof seal.Step 3If needed, usea rubber malletto lightly tap profilesonto tapedSUNLITE® panel.Step 7Caulk outer fasciatrack, then fasten toheader track and fastenloosely with screwsin preparation forinserting finishedwindow.Step 4Insert screws intopre-drilled holes,and use powerdrill to fastenprofiles at corners.This will form aframe around theSUNLITE®multi-wall panels.Step 8Remove protective filmfrom inside of window,then insert finishedwindow panel intohead track assembly.Once the window issecure, remove filmfrom outer side ofwindow.Inasmuch as Palram has no control over the use to which others may put the material, it does not guarantee that the same results as those described herein will be obtained.
