It may be that the school are going to change theiremail address format when they move across to the KLZ. This information will guide us as towhether any migration issues need to be discussed and arranged.Staff Email Address FormatThere are several options available when choosing the email address format for staff emailaddresses. A template will be created so that all staff follow the same naming convention as andwhen they have mailboxes created. Firstname.Surname@schoolname.kent.sch.uk is a commonchoice.KLZ Extended ServicesKLZ has some additional services available which schools may like to have enabled when theyfirst sign up to KLZ. The first of these services is the ability to access SIMS and FMS remotely viathe internet.
