The New Reality 2008
According to a recent report from The Waters Consulting Group, 40 percent of
employees 50 years or older and 7 percent of those with 20 or more years of
experience would like to be coached, mentored or otherwise helped in their careers.
The study also reported that the progress of the demographic shift due to retiring baby
