Registrations received before theregistration date will be held and processedon the day after registration begins.About Non-Resident Program FeesPersons living outside the <strong>Park</strong> <strong>District</strong>boundaries can pay up to 25% more thanthe resident rate for most programs &facilities. Non–residents can also pay ayearly fee of $150, which will give them“resident” status.Additional Payment Information1. The <strong>Park</strong> <strong>District</strong> reserves the right tochange a payment fee in order to reflectthe correct fee.2. A $25 service charge is assessed on allchecks returned due to insufficient funds.Scholarship InformationFinancial aid scholarships are availablebased on family income. More information,and application forms are available at ourfacilities and on our website: DP<strong>Park</strong>s.org.RefundsIn order to receive any refund, you mustcomplete a Refund Request Form.The form, which includes the completepolicy, is available at any of our facilities andour website: DP<strong>Park</strong>s.org1. Satisfaction Guaranteed.Participants will receive a full refund if theyare dissatisfied with the program after the1st class meeting, and we receive a refundrequest form at least 24 hours before the2nd class meets. An Administrative Fee of$2 per class or program will be charged forall refunds.2. No refunds for gift certificates will beallowed. Gift certificates may be usedtoward any <strong>Park</strong> <strong>District</strong> facility, programor trip.3.
