The organisation’s staffand volunteers accept and acknowledge theirresponsibilities to develop an awareness ofthe issues that can cause harm to children.Each member of staff is responsible forsafeguarding and protecting the children that arein attendance. If there are any concerns aboutnegligence or physical, emotional or sexualabuse, staff will act in accordance with the ‘AllWales Child Protection Procedures’.18
