Registration<br />
The OMAE 2011 Registration Desk will be located in the Mercurius<br />
Hall <strong>and</strong> is open during the following hours:<br />
Sunday, June 19: 13:00 - 20:00<br />
Monday, June 20: 07:00 - 16:00<br />
Tuesday, June 21: 07:00 - 16:00<br />
Wednesday, June 22: 08:00 - 16:00<br />
Thursday, June 23: 08:00 - 16:00<br />
Name Badges<br />
In addition to being a means of identification to colleagues, you<br />
are required to wear your name badge for admission to conference<br />
sessions <strong>and</strong> events. Room monitors will check name badges before<br />
allowing anyone into the session or event. Replacement badges are<br />
available at the Registration Desk at a cost of €25 per badge. On<br />
each name badge the type of registration is identified, <strong>and</strong> they are<br />
as follows:<br />
Full Conference: Attendees who have paid the author / member or<br />
non-member registration fee qualify for this badge. Attendees<br />
wearing this badge are entitled to admission to all conference<br />
sessions, daily refreshment breaks, the Welcome Reception,<br />
the Exhibition, four lunches, the Rotterdam Boat Tour <strong>and</strong> the<br />
Maritime Banquet. Full Conference attendees will also receive a<br />
conference bag, a final program <strong>and</strong> a CD of proceedings.<br />
Daily Registration: Attendees who have paid the one-day registration<br />

attend. Attendees wearing this badge are entitled to the following<br />
on the day they have selected to attend: admission to conference<br />
sessions, refreshment breaks, the Exhibition, food <strong>and</strong> beverage<br />
served on the specified day, <strong>and</strong> the Rotterdam Boat Tour, excluding<br />
the Maritime Banquet. Daily conference attendees will also receive a<br />
conference bag, a final program <strong>and</strong> a CD of proceedings.<br />
Student Registration: Attendees who have paid the student registration<br />
fee qualify for this badge. Attendees wearing this badge are entitled<br />
to admission to all conference sessions, daily refreshment breaks,<br />
the Welcome Reception, the Exhibition, four lunches, <strong>and</strong> the<br />
Rotterdam Boat Tour. Students were able to register separately for<br />
the Maritime Banquet. If you have not registered but wish to attend<br />
the Banquet, please enquire at the Registration Desk. The cost for<br />
the dinner €100. Student attendees will also receive a conference<br />
bag, a final program <strong>and</strong> a CD of proceedings.<br />
Accompanying Person: Guests who have registered as an accompanying<br />
person qualify for this badge <strong>and</strong> are entitled to admission to the<br />
Welcome Reception, the Sightseeing Tours <strong>and</strong> the Rotterdam<br />
Boat Tour. An additional fee is requested for participation in the<br />
Sightseeing Tours.<br />
Exhibitors: Exhibitors have access to the Exhibition <strong>and</strong> to daily<br />
refreshment breaks <strong>and</strong> lunches served by the conference. Access to<br />
conference sessions, the Maritime Banquet <strong>and</strong> the Rotterdam Boat<br />
Tour are not included in the exhibitor badge.<br />
