Administration of Justice in PakistanThe Principles of Policy (Chapter 2, Part II, Article 37 of the 1973Constitution) make the state responsible to “ensure inexpensive andexpeditious justice”. However, expeditious justice remains a distant dreamfor the people of Pakistan. The system of administration of justice hasfailed to deliver. Corruption in the administration of justice is rampant.
