Bio-sketch:<br />

Dr. Lu’s research is developing energy-efficient computing systems. His work focuses on architecture and operating<br />

system techniques for power management. The applications include distributed sensor networks, autonomous robots,<br />

wireless communication, and real-time systems. He received the Career Award from National Science Foundation in<br />

<strong>2004</strong> for developing advanced energy management in operating systems.<br />
