In this connection, I am now directed to enclose copies of Haryana Government lettersNos. 38/20/78-2GSI, dated the 9th Feb., 1979, No. 4/12/79-GSIII dated the 18th September, 1979and No.- 4/20/79-3 GSIII, dated the 8th May, 1980, wherein the policy of reservation for ScheduledCastes, Backward Classes and Ex-servicemen in the services of Haryana has been laid down.3. The State Government desires that instructions contained in the letters of HaryanaGovernment, referred to in para 2 above may be followed for giving due share of appointments toScheduled Castes, Backward Classes and Ex-servicemen in the services of your University.4.
