When the machine was being developed, the focus was on the customer’swishes for economical process management and improved product quality.Gentle, economic, reliableThe new separators are equipped with the hydrohermetic feed system for extremely gentle product treatment. Thistechnology ensures gentle feed and treatment of the product in the separator. The hydrohermetic seal between themachine and the atmosphere also prevents the absorption of oxygen. The optimized and extremely high-speeddischarge technology means that high solid concentrations are achieved. In combination with the modern servicefriendlydrive concept, which uses flat belts as well as the wear-free liquid seal, extremely high efficiency in thisperformance class is guaranteed.However, this generation of separators is also setting new standards with regard to robust design. This type of regulation combines high measuringaccuracy of the fact content (via the density sensor) with a high response speed of the flow sensor.This arrangement avoids significant fluctuations in the fat content. Following any problemsor changes in production, the system is immediately reset to the standard values. User-friendlyoperation of the Standomat is provided via a control panel.Ideal for Small Dairies➤ MTC 3 milk separatorNo bigger than a simple domestic food processor, theMTC is almost just as easy to install, maintain andclean. This means that smaller dairies or laboratoryscaleinstallations can now again use the WestfaliaSeparator technology that has demonstrated itsworth over 110 years. The MTC milk separator hasbeen designed specifically for this target group. It isable to skim milk and whey with a capacity of up to600 l/h.
