Credit Card Authorization Service Merchant Application Packet. The wash site owner/operator mustcontact <strong>the</strong> credit card authorization service at 1-952-941-8188 ext. 107 <strong>for</strong> a <strong>merchant</strong> <strong>application</strong>packet and cost <strong>in</strong><strong>for</strong>mation.NOTE: Cards accepted are Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, and Voyager Fleet Cards.2. Phone l<strong>in</strong>e to <strong>the</strong> AMTT Co<strong>in</strong> Box.INFORMATION AND ACTION REQUIRED PRIOR TO ACTIVATING THE CREDIT CARD NON POSAUTHORIZATION SYSTEM:1. The Merchant Application Form must be fully and accurately completed, and sent to <strong>the</strong> Credit CardAuthorization Service <strong>for</strong> approval (Refer to detailed <strong>in</strong><strong>for</strong>mation provided <strong>in</strong> <strong>the</strong> Merchant ApplicationPacket). Application process<strong>in</strong>g takes at least 4 to 6 weeks.IMPORTANT: Incomplete Merchant Application Forms may be returned <strong>for</strong> completion and will delay <strong>the</strong>approval process.2. The Merchant Application <strong>for</strong>m must be returned to <strong>the</strong> wash site owner/operator from <strong>the</strong> Credit CardAuthorization Service with approval to accept cards.3. A phone l<strong>in</strong>e <strong>in</strong>stalled <strong>in</strong> <strong>the</strong> AMTT Co<strong>in</strong> Box with a phone number activated.This phone l<strong>in</strong>e will connect to <strong>the</strong> NON-POS Credit Card Authorization System <strong>in</strong> <strong>the</strong> AMTT Co<strong>in</strong> box.CAUTION: When connect<strong>in</strong>g <strong>the</strong> NON-POS Credit Card Authorization System to a comshare device thatshares <strong>the</strong> l<strong>in</strong>e with o<strong>the</strong>r devices, <strong>the</strong> number of devices, and <strong>the</strong> type of devices must beconsidered. The NON-POS Credit Card Authorization System calls out once a day or after 20 cardshave been approved. If <strong>the</strong> NON-POS Credit Card Authorization System is unable to connect andclear <strong>the</strong> memory of <strong>the</strong> last 20 transactions <strong>the</strong> AMTT Co<strong>in</strong> Box will not be able to accept and/orapprove any credit cards4. IMPORTANT: Service personnel must contact <strong>the</strong> Credit Card Authorization Service at least 48hours <strong>in</strong> advance of anticipated activation to schedule an appo<strong>in</strong>tment (date and time) <strong>for</strong>activation.Service personnel must <strong>the</strong>n call <strong>the</strong> Credit Card Authorization Service at <strong>the</strong> scheduled appo<strong>in</strong>tmenttime. The Credit Card Authorization Service will <strong>the</strong>n set parameters <strong>in</strong> <strong>the</strong> NON-POS Credit CardAuthorization System via <strong>the</strong> phone l<strong>in</strong>e to start Credit Card Authorization per <strong>in</strong><strong>for</strong>mation provided to<strong>the</strong>m on <strong>the</strong> Merchant Application Form.Refer to <strong>the</strong> number below to contact <strong>the</strong> Credit Card Authorization Service1-952-941-8188 ext. 107INSTALLATION START-UP TEST PROCEDURE NO. 24062-000PAGE 1 OF 2REV.
