César Ritz Colleges Switzerland | programme bookletIMPROVE BUSINESSENGLISH COMMUNICATION07A key component of a successful career within the hospitality industry is the ability to communicate in more than onelanguage, most importantly in English.All courses at César Ritz Colleges are taught in English and students must have a high level of English to be able tostart their academic studies.Students’ English level is evaluated before they can apply to study at César Ritz Colleges, if the standard is not met then theEnglish Foundation Programme, based at Le Bouveret Campus is an ideal way to strengthen English language skills beforecommencing hospitality studies.The length of the course depends on each student’s personal English level and motivation, with the objective of achievingthe required score to enter the desired hospitality course.The English Foundation Programme runs throughout the year in four-week blocks.
