© An Post <strong>National</strong> <strong>Lottery</strong> Company Game Rulesmeans Plays which correctly match, in any order, 2 of the 5 Main Numbers drawnand the 2 Lucky Star Numbers drawn in a Draw.i) “Match 3 and 1 Lucky Star” category:means Plays which correctly match, in any order, 3 of the 5 Main Numbers drawnand 1 of the 2 Lucky Star Numbers drawn in a Draw.j) “Match 3” category:means Plays which correctly match, in any order, 3 of the 5 Main Numbers drawnin a Draw.k) “Match 1 and 2 Lucky Stars” category:means Plays which correctly match, in any order, 1 of the 5 Main Numbers drawnand the 2 Lucky Star Numbers drawn in a Draw.l) “Match 2 and 1 Lucky Star” category:means Plays which correctly match, in any order, 2 of the 5 Main Numbers drawnand 1 of the 2 Lucky Star Numbers drawn in a Draw.m) “Match 2” category:means Plays which correctly match, in any order, 2 of the 5 Main Numbers drawnin a Draw.7.4 Reallocation of Prize Poola) If in any Draw except a Super Draw, there are no winners in the Match 5 and 2Lucky Stars Prize Category in the EuroMillions Game the relevant Jackpot Pool forthat Draw will be added to the Jackpot Pool for the next Draw, subject to rule 7.4b) below.b) (i) The Jackpot Pool may increase until the Flow-down Cap has been reached.The Flow-down Cap will be an amount agreed by the <strong>Lottery</strong> Operatorsfrom time to time with the consent of the Minister for Public Expenditureand Reform.(ii)If monies available to the Jackpot Pool reach the then agreed current FlowdownCap, the following will apply:(A)(B)the maximum amount available to pay Jackpot Category prizes forthat Draw (the “first Flow-down Cap Draw”) (or any subsequentDraw) will be fixed at the then agreed current Flow-down Cap, andthe amount of the prize fund in excess of the then agreed currentFlow-down Cap will not be available for Jackpot Category prizes (ifany) for that Draw (or any subsequent Draw) but will flow-downand will be allocated to the next lower prize tier at which there is atleast one winner for that Draw;in the event that the Jackpot Category prize is not won in the firstFlow-down Cap Draw, then the Jackpot Pool for that draw willrollover to the next Draw (the “second Flow-down Cap Draw”),subject to Section 7.4 b) (ii)(A). If there is no winner of theJackpot Category prize at the second Flow-down Cap Draw then theJackpot Pool for the second Flow-down Cap Draw will flow-downand will be allocated to the next lower prize tier at which there is atleast one winner for that Draw.EuroMillions Rules Page 12 of 20Issue 6 January, 2012
