Budget SummaryPre-Trial ServicesPRE-TRIAL SERVICES 100.1231Department Description and MissionPre-Trial services mission is to assist the courts in accordance with the policies of the Bell-Forsyth Judicial Circuit, to protect thecommunity, and to maintain compliance in individuals under supervision.Pre-Trial Services is an essential component of the court system in the Bell-Forsyth Judicial Circuit and Forsyth County courtsystem. The primary functions of this court service are to provide supervision for defendants who are placed on pretrial release bythe courts and to supervise the State Court Diversion Program. This service also has the responsibility of supervising certainrequirements of temporary protective orders.
