(b) To coordinate the holding of international conventions and exhibitions. (c) To encourage, and where appropriate, sponsor research in<strong>to</strong> problems concerning the rose. (d) To establish common standards for judging new rose seedlings. (e) To assist in coordinating the registration of new rose names. (f) To establish a uniform system of rose classification.
