Event organizersare responsible for the actions and conduct of any and all persons and organizations (participants, spectators, sponsoring organization, its officers,employees or agents or any person under their control insofar as <strong>permit</strong>ted by law) associated with the <strong>permit</strong>ted <strong>event</strong>.
