ADDENDUM D: PENALTIES FOR PERMIT VIOLATIONSRefer to the table below for a listing of common violations and their respective penalty. All penalties will be deducted from the eventorganizer’s security deposit, unless other arrangements are made with the Park District in writing. Penalties that exceed the securitydeposit paid to the Park District will result in an outstanding balance that must be paid prior to consideration of future Special EventPermit requests.
