ADDENDUM D: PENALTIES FOR PERMIT VIOLATIONSRefer to the table below for a listing of common violations and their respective penalty. All penalties will be deducted from the <strong>event</strong>organizer’s security deposit, unless other arrangements are made with the <strong>Park</strong> <strong>District</strong> in writing. Penalties that exceed the securitydeposit paid to the <strong>Park</strong> <strong>District</strong> will result in an outstanding balance that must be paid prior to consideration of future Special EventPermit requests.
