Executive Board and Staff MembersMeet Our Executive BoardJim NoelPresidentJim Noel has served as the YorkFoundation for Public Education, Inc.board president for over four years.He is currently the Director ofEconomic Development for YorkCounty. He has two sons who havegraduated from York High School.“I serve because York County Schools arecritical to the future of our community.”~Jim NoelMyrtle SolesVice PresidentMyrtle Soles has served as vicepresident for 12 years. She has over32 years of experience in the YorkCounty School Division, with 10years in the area of educationadministration.“I love that my duties on the board keep me in contactwith teachers and the entire YCSD community.”~Myrtle SolesChristina HeadSecretaryChristina Head has served assecretary for seven years. As of the2011-2012 school year, she is principalof Seaford Elementary School. Shehas two children in the York CountySchool Division.Kris MooreTreasurerKris Moore joined the YFPE, Inc. in2001 and has served as treasurer forfive years. She is a teacher at YorkHigh School. Liaison/Director since the fallof 2007. She has over twenty three years of experience in various positions in the field of education. Shehas four children, all of which attend schools in the York County School Division.“The York Foundation for Public Education, Inc. is only as good as the people who support usthroughout the division. With their generosity, the foundation can continue to assistthe York County School Division with its mission.”~ Peggy MyattEmily DuganSecretary to the LiaisonEmily Dugan joined the foundation in July of 2010 as the part-time secretary to the Liaison.
