Funeral services willbe Tuesday at 11:00 a.m. at the Rose & Graham Funeral Chapelin Benson. Officiating will Rev. Timmy Blair and Rev. HubertMorgan. Entombment will follow in Roselawn Cemetery.Mrs. <strong>Adams</strong> was born June 27, 1948 in Johnston County toRuth Surles Phillips of Four Oaks and the late Valton Young.She was also preceded in death by sisters, Martha Young andJean Altieri. Mrs. <strong>Adams</strong> was the head custodian at Yates MillElementary School.Surviving in addition to her mother, include husband, Bobby<strong>Adams</strong>; daughter, Sheila <strong>Smith</strong> of Fayetteville; stepdaughter,Amber Marie Stewart of Benson; sisters, Doris <strong>Smith</strong> of Dunnand Joyce Anderson of Benson; and brothers, Billy Young ofFaison and Willie Young of Benson.Family will receive friends at Rose & Graham Funeral Home, Four Oaks, from 7:00-9:00 p.m.Monday and other times at the home of Ruth Surles Phillips, 8312 Strickland's Crossroads Road,Four Oaks.
