School Activity Report and Professional Personnel Activity Report

SAR for NC WISE SchoolsGeneral InformationSchools using eSIS to report the SAR data, (school personnel, classroom activities, andnon-classroom activities), will need to set up school details, staff maintenance, staff rolesand duties, and schedule students to classes in order to submit a SAR to DPI.In NC WISE schools, the SAR data is gathered from three areas, Staff Roles, StaffDuties, and School Schedules.UERSUERS was developed to pull information from eSIS for state reporting. Before anindividual data manager approves the SAR report, they should review the data using theSummary Reports.The Summary Reports are Personnel Summary Report, School Activity Summary Report(which includes the exception data), and Class Overage Report. UERS summary reportsare a powerful reporting tool to aid with the SAR by analyzing the data for possibleproblems or fatal errors. This will allow the data manager to clear problems and errorsresulting in a pristine SAR report.The Personnel Summary ReportThe Personnel Summary Report is a detailed report for each staff member showing thecourses and activities they are associated. This Report is selected through UERS noteSIS.22
